About Elena
I am a recent bachelor's degree in English / French Languages and Literature at La Sapienza. I teach both grammar and English literature for levels from elementary to high school. I collaborated on a university project for the Alternanza Scuola Lavoro dedicated to translating the world and the Japanese reality into the media. I took university exams in English Language and Literature, French Language and Literature, Italian Literature and Italian Linguistics. I am a passionate reader (of everything!) And cinephile, and I play various musical instruments (with musical theoretical knowledge).

The methodology used and the activities will be customized to the needs of each student, setting together a path to follow to fill the gaps or perplexities that the student may find in dealing with the rules of grammar, the comprehension of a text (written or oral) in English, always combining theory with practice (by listening to songs, watching TV series or films, reading proposals). For the grammatical aspects of the language, targeted exercises and listening and understanding activities are provided. As for the English literature lessons, we will work on the understanding of a poetic / literary text and on the general framing ability of an author and his work.
