About Emanuele
I've been in the sporting world for over 20 years, first as an athlete, then as a graduate and now as a trainer.
I trained boys of all ages: 3-year-old children (rugby coach and sport as a game), 12-year-old boys (teacher and trainer), 21 years old (trainer and motor pedagogue) up to 40 years old (trainer and mental coach).
Experience has taught me that training is crucial to achieving your results, but above all your body needs to train your mind. The part of mental coaching, for this reason, is essential to achieving the goals that have been set.

Hi guys, I'm Emanuele!
I'm a master degree in Sports Science with a European Master in Health and Physical Activity, so if you need someone who also speaks English, I'm the right choice!
I offer, in Rome, classes of sports training for guys aged 3-16 y.o., and sports nutrition to people aged 16+ y.o. I also provide private sessions (or groups of up to 3 people) of athletic training for both team and individual sports.
To access the sessions and/or courses, you do not require any structures and/or particular equipment but just desire to improve and learn!
