About Charlo
"Scales and modes become second nature once you stop looking at the fretboard as a puzzle and start hearing the intervals. I remember the exact moment a student realized that chord transitions are just shapes moving through space.
Holding a Certificate from the Old Town School of Folk Music influences how I teach electric technique and soloing. It is rewarding to watch a performance-focused student bridge the gap between technical strumming patterns and true musical improvisation.
