About Gianmichele
I am a mechanical engineer who has had a passion for yoga and spirituality for several years, strongly interested in understanding how the practice of yoga affects the mind and body. This curiosity is fueled more and more by my joining the international school of Yoga Atman, through which I participated in some meetings and conferences in which the methods by which yoga influences psycho-physical well-being are explored and is also recognized by scientific experiments.
