About Keyia
I have done in home and online tutoring with students from grade level K-8. I love to have fun while learning, so I will try to incorporate their interest into the lesson. After assessing a start level we will then create goals and work toward meeting and exceeding them.

The first thing I need to do is build a rapport with the scholar for us to be comfortable with each other. One thing I like to do is introduce my kids to the acronym B.U.M. (Beautiful Untapped Minds). The next thing I do is determine what level the scholar is on and what skill we should start with, while making sure the goal is met and mastered!
