About Emily

I am a presenter who started her journey thinking she was going to be a producer. I fell into sports media and sports reporting and absolutely loved it. Over the years I have pushed myself to grow and use trust and faith in myself to be a better presenter and now host trivia and a radio show as well as my own podcast and occasional other gigs.

About the lesson

I come from an angle of personal development. We are all innately capable of doing whatever we want to do but some of us need a little guidance in finding the little tricks and self talk that can get us there.
