My goal as a teacher and coach, is to create a space that gives all people the confidence to express themselves! Dance may be my second job, but it is my one true passion in life! There is so much to create and learn, and even I keep learning to this day!

I enjoy empowering students through the art of dance. With a day job in mental health, I understand the importance movement can have on the mind and body. I have been coaching for the past 4 years, and dancing for over 20! I love to bring my passion for both mental health and dance to all!
I specialize in beginning and intermediate technique, small group and solo consulting, routine cleaning and much more!
