About Alex
My name is Alex Coleman and I am a qualified History graduate of Trinity College, Dublin with excellent broad-intellectual acumen. I am in my early 30's and am a warm, engaging person. I love the Arts, listening to and playing music, reading, walking, video games, socialising, being a DIY guy in the homeplace and also, most relevantly, sustaining a healthy optimum threshold of good vitality and leading health-conscious days. I have lived a health-awakened lifestyle for nearly 15 years and don't regret a second of it. I am NOT a qualified party but I do have excellent intuition as to the 'Do's' and 'Don't's' of better living. This brief bio, I hope, provides synopsis of my personal mission statement.

I am solo budding-Tutor who wants to convey and confer information and health tips on diet control and client-specific nutritional guidelines. My Tutoring module's will consist of a catalogue of case themes to impart and discuss - these include general attitudes towards healthy living; better nutritional education and important trends that can achieve slimming results for you.
The lesson I estimate to be an hour slot (no more) and I am not qualified in the professional branch but I do have excellent, unskilled-competent know-how. My door is open to all newcomer's; I think this module is universal-friendly if you wish to enrol for my classes.
