About Abisola

Hello! My name is Miss Abbie, and I am a passionate English tutor with four years of teaching experience, especially with primary school pupils. I believe that every child can thrive when they are taught with patience, kindness, and encouragement. I hold a B.Sc./B.Ed. degree in Biology from the University of Lagos, but my true passion is helping young learners build strong English skills and confidence in a simple, enjoyable way. I understand that every child learns differently, so I tailor each lesson to meet their unique needs. My teaching style is calm, friendly, and focused on making learning fun, whether we are working on reading, writing, grammar, or homework. I speak both English and Yoruba, which helps me connect easily with my pupils and provide extra language support where needed. I look forward to being part of your child’s learning journey and helping them succeed in English with confidence!

She is gentle but firm with her student, she has a unique way of connecting with her student and getting she/he to focus on the class being taught. I have seen a tremendous improvement in my daughter’s learning prowess since she started teaching her in her after school lesson.
