About Yuga
Good health rests on three pillars: proper diet, adequate rest, and regular movement. While activities like gym, MMA, football, or athletics build strength and endurance, yoga stands apart — it addresses not just the physical body, but also mental and spiritual well-being. And unlike many other practices, yoga is truly universal — it doesn't discriminate by age, gender, race, or religion, making it accessible to everyone. This makes it essential for truly complete, well-rounded health. I'm passionate about teaching yoga in a fun, engaging way that makes this ancient practice enjoyable and easy to stick with.

Hi, I'm Dr. Yugabharathi —
a Naturopathy & Yogic Sciences (BNYS) graduate with over five and a half years of dedicated training in yoga.
BNYS is a unique medical degree that blends yoga, acupuncture, hydrotherapy, and diet & nutrition to treat illness and promote holistic well-being.
This gives me a rare edge:
I don't just teach yoga postures — I understand the body's deeper healing systems, so every session is grounded in real therapeutic knowledge.
What I offer:
1) Personalized yoga sessions for health, flexibility, and stress relief
2) Therapeutic yoga for specific conditions (back pain, digestion, lifestyle disorders, etc.)
Guidance rooted in naturopathy principles — diet, breathing, and lifestyle tips alongside asanas
A holistic approach that treats the root cause, not just symptoms
Whether you're a beginner or looking to deepen your practice, I'd love to guide you toward better health, naturally.
