About Jefferson
As a former competitive gymnast, competitive weightlifter, and fitness coach, I am extremely passionate about helping you reach your goals. When I was about 18 years old, I had some intense back pain that doctors could not understand and some even thought it was arthritis even though I was so young. I eventually found a personal trainer who helped me fix my issues and eventually helped me start lifting heavier than ever before! I feel younger and stronger now than I've ever been. That experience inspired me to become a fitness professional and understand everything I could about the human body and how to keep it healthy and strong. I have a passion for coaching and helping others. I can't wait to work together!

I start with an initial video call evaluation to determine your strengths and weaknesses and establish your goals. Each week, as we meet over a video call, I will teach you proper form and biomechanics for performing lifts safely.
I use Trainerize, a personal trainer app, to deliver your personalized workout straight to your mobile device for easy access.
I have 10+ years of experience as a competitive gymnast and 5+ years in weightlifting and personal training.
My goal is to help bring the world of health and fitness to as many people as I can because I have seen the joy it brings to my life, and I want to share that with others.
