About Marina
I use my previous experience as an athlete and gymnastics coach, along with my Kinesiology degree (B.S.) and yoga teacher certification (RYT 200) to create one-of-a-kind individual classes.

I use previous knowledge from being an athlete and coaching young gymnasts and divers, along with my exercise science degree and yoga teacher training certification to cultivate the most holistic approach to wellness. I take a yogic approach to improving strength, balance and coordination while focusing on mobility to improve your physical wellbeing in daily life. By using a yogic approach, we'll also improve feelings of oneness and enhance your connectedness to your spirituality.
A typical lesson plan will be centered around YOU! Each lesson can be adjusted to fit your specific goals. But every lesson will have a warm-up, individual focused section, and cool down, typically by way of Savasana or a few moments of quiet meditation work.
My lessons can be catered to any demographic, but we'll work great together if you are positive, upbeat, and committed to showing up for your health. Whether you are a well seasoned yogi looking for some new inspiration or brand-new to yoga, I can create a meaningful class for you.
