Hey! My names Max, I am a senior Computer Science at Chapman University and I specialize in Tutoring coding, math, data science, and anything that falls under the umbrella of computer science.

About Max
I am a Senior at Chapman University, majoring in Computer Science, and minoring in Math. I have completed multiple internships in Industry, and have proven my skills alongside teams of professional engineers. I have been taught Mathematics and Data Analysis by former Nobel Prize Equivalent Winners. I know 11 programming languages currently, and am capable of picking up new ones quickly if needed. Through my experience, I have learned that they are many ways to learn the same information and am flexible in finding an approach that will work for every student. You will never be condescended, or left confused in my sessions, rather I hope it will feel like a friend is going over the material will you. And above all, if you learn from me, your grades will improve.

Growing up with 2 younger brothers, I have a lifetime of experience in passing down important skills to my younger peers. My goal is to help every student understand the "Bigger Picture" behind what they are doing, and teach them how to think through problems in a way that makes the material easy to understand, intuitive, and something they can confidently build on in the future. Students will leave my sessions not just memorizing formulas or methods, but with an understanding of WHY what they are doing. I believe that in order to do your best work you must enjoy what you are doing, so I aim to inspire students by showing them what can make math and science fun, powerful tools that can be used in everyday life. I can tutor at any level up to and below Sophomore at University.
My lessons will be an hour long each, and uniquely tailored to each students tutoring needs. They will take place over zoom, at my house, or at a nearby location.
