About Alina
Hi! I’m a senior in high school, ranked in the top 10% of my class, and a board member in my district. I love learning and helping others, whether it’s tackling a tricky essay, brainstorming ideas, or just navigating student life. I’ve trained with my school’s English department and work as a TA for my AP class, but outside of class I enjoy connecting with people, having fun while learning, and making challenging things feel easier. In my free time, I play badminton, tennis, and figure skating, and I love getting lost in a good book. I’m patient, approachable, and excited to help students grow, gain confidence, and even enjoy learning along the way!

I’m a high school student with a deep passion for English and a strong desire to help others succeed. I have trained with my school’s English department, gaining valuable strategies to support students in understanding complex texts, grammar, and essay writing. Additionally, I work closely with my AP English teacher as a teaching assistant, helping to guide and support my classmates in lessons and discussions. Through these experiences, I’ve learned how to explain concepts clearly, adapt to different learning styles, and make English engaging and approachable. I enjoy breaking down challenging assignments, offering practical tips, and creating a supportive environment where students feel confident asking questions. I am patient, reliable, and dedicated to helping high school and younger students strengthen their skills, improve their grades, and develop a genuine understanding and love of English!
