I, Kailash Alagappan, like to teach in a way that I get to understand the kid and his/her learning style and adapt to it and help them grow based on their strengths and weaknesses. A typical lesson plan would be once a week classes on a practice of learnt techniques and way to solve them quicker, and then learning something new every week, and ending the class with a fun and quick quiz and things you learnt. What sets me apart, is that since I am in high school, I still use all these techniques in Olympiads and tests and I use many to this date and I can help your kid grow and use these tips as they grow older to have an edge over their classmates. The lessons are for children in grades 1-5, elementary school level kids, and I can help them grow and get them ready for the next step, secondary school!

I think Kailash Alagappan is an excellent teacher because I've seen him be patient in many stressful circumstances and can be completely organized and competent when it comes to schoolwork and professional projects. I know him personally and can tell that he takes his time to teach those who need helps and won't give up on them. I can give assurance that he can surely help many others and can bolster the fact he is a trustworthy teacher.
My child had taken private lessons from him. She liked his classes a lot & she learnt 3rd grade math from him. He’s kid friendly and easily approachable. I can see very good improvement in her grades now.
