About José
Hello everyone!
I am currently finishing my Master's degree in Specialized Translation at the University Grenoble Alpes.
I passed my French high-school diploma in 2016, in San Salvador (El Salvador) and my bachelor's degree in Languages, Translation and Intercultural Mediation, in Poitiers in 2019.
I grew up learning Spanish, French, and English simultaneously, which helped me to better understand these three languages. Throughout my bachelor's and master's degrees, I was able to study them in depth and learn more about the challenges one faces when speaking them. I have also been able to teach Spanish, English, and French in the past, which has given me enough experience in explaining complex topics in a clear manner.
Since I try to have fun with languages, I work mostly with materials (written or oral) that make for an enjoyable time while also improving one' s understanding of the language and the different cultures involved.

My classes are built around a conversation where we combine both theory and practice. I think this is the best way to learn a language without putting too much pressure on you. There will be more difficult classes where we will have to cover grammar, syntax, vocabulary, among many other aspects, but I will try to keep it as simple as possible so that you can learn while having fun.
I will adapt to your goals: improving all four areas of language learning (speaking, writing, listening, reading), or focusing on one of them.

José Cornejo fut notre professeur d'espagnol pendant 1 an. José s'est totalement adapté à notre disponibilité (professionnel du privé travaillant beaucoup) et à notre niveau de débutant. Il a su trouver les formes et centres d'intérêt nous incitant à participer à 100% des cours et à progresser dans nos domaines de prédilection (voyages, cultures, vie quotidienne,...etc).
