About Ty
I am a History/Counseling Master's graduate who also works in relationship consulting and helping individuals develop to their fullest potential. I have been tutoring and giving lessons for 3 years now. I have 7 years of managing student development teams and have had several years of experience with conflict management, counseling, couples counseling, teaching communication, government, history, philosophy, and political science.

My approach in teaching is collaborative and learning how you learn first. I believe that we learn best through seeing, hearing, and doing. In addition, I believe that several of us learn best through practical illustrations and analogies. I aim to meet students where they are and customize the lessons accordingly between novice level all the way to advanced/graduate-level work in subjects I teach.
