About Elizabeth
I am a second year History student at the University of Exeter originally from Essex. I obtained A* in English Literature and History at A Level and am passionate about each subject. I have previous experience tutoring GCSE English Literature with positive results that I hope to continue.

I can help my students improve by specifically assessing what they find difficult and then finding the way that best suits them to try and improve this. I am comfortable in teaching a variety of skills needed for English, whether it be content based or analytical skills and writing structure (or just for a general tutor in that subject to help with work set by school). I also provide different learning methods as a way of remembering information where necessary to help with long term revision. I do not want to overload or overwhelm students with more work as schoolwork obviously come first. My tutoring can be a way for the student to feel more confident with their own abilities.
