About Mrivera

Journalist and social communication graduate from Universidad Católica de la Santísima Concepción. Proactive and self-motivated, with experience in corporate environments, internal communication, news writing, and editing. Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to work effectively in team settings.
I am a native Spanish speaker from Chile with experience teaching and guiding learners in a clear, patient, and structured way. I have a background in communication and strong interpersonal skills, which help me explain concepts clearly and create a comfortable learning environment. I am organised, reliable, and committed to helping students progress step by step.

About the lesson

My teaching approach is dynamic, communicative, and student-centred. I focus on helping students feel confident using Spanish in real-life situations, not just memorising grammar rules. Classes are interactive and adapted to each student’s interests, age, and learning style.

I use a mix of conversation practice, practical vocabulary, simple grammar explanations, listening activities, and visual resources. For younger students and teenagers, I include games, role-playing, short videos, and everyday topics to keep lessons engaging and motivating. My goal is to make Spanish feel accessible, useful, and enjoyable from the very beginning.

A typical lesson lasts 50 to 60 minutes, depending on the student’s age, level, and concentration span. Shorter or longer sessions can be arranged if needed.
