About Shyla
I am a Holistic Wellness Doctor, Yoga Instructor with a niche specialization in Meditation, Chakra Balancing, Reiki, Gemstone Therapy for illness and stress. I have been in practice since 2008 and hold a variety of certifications. The favorite aspects of my education are wellness through food and teaching specific supplement and herb regimens. This is an up and coming field sometimes referred to as "Alternative Medicine"; however it is ancient wisdom.
