About Mmesoma
I am a physical and health educator and a fitness instructor...I am also a certified health, safety and environmental officer (HSE)...I have coached about thirty people on weight loss and they all successfully lost weight within 4 - 5 months. I have taught students how to play various games like handball and volleyball. I have conducted sports events and I belong to Red Cross organization.

I am a passionate tutor and so my lessons are fun filled and students learn at their own pace. My teaching method is strictly student based and practicality is the key. I let my students participate fully and they are free to ask questions at any time. I make sure my students are not pressured in any way and I constantly encourage students to put in their best . My lessons are accompanied with assignments to check progress and facilitate positive outcomes.
