About Lizia
I am currently studying MSc Risk Management and Financial Engineering at Imperial College London. As a non-native speaker who achieved IELTS 8.0 and GMAT 740, I understand the challenges many students face when preparing for exams or studying in an English-speaking environment.
I am patient, structured, and easy to communicate with. I focus on helping students think clearly and improve step by step, rather than relying on memorisation. I enjoy working with students from different backgrounds and helping them build confidence over time.
My goal is to make the learning process more practical, efficient, and less stressful, especially for students who feel unsure how to improve.

I focus on helping students improve their writing and speaking step by step, rather than memorising templates. As a non-native speaker who achieved IELTS 8.0 and GMAT 740, I understand the common difficulties and can explain how to improve in a practical way.
Lessons are tailored to your current level and goals. I usually start by identifying your key weaknesses (such as structure, clarity or fluency), then we work on targeted exercises with clear feedback. For writing, I provide detailed corrections and explain how to organise ideas logically. For speaking, I focus on clarity, structure and confidence.
Lessons are typically 1 hour and conducted online. I mainly work with students preparing for IELTS or GMAT, as well as those who want to improve academic English or business-related communication.
