About Manohar

I am a Senior Full Stack Developer with over 11 years of overall professional experience and 8 years of experience in Full Stack Web Development. I currently work in the IT industry and have hands-on experience building real-time web applications using technologies like Angular, Node.js, React, JavaScript, TypeScript, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and DB2.

Apart from working as a software engineer, I also have teaching experience as a Coding Instructor where I trained students in Web Development, Mobile App Development, Virtual Reality, and programming concepts. My teaching style is practical and industry-oriented, focusing on helping students understand concepts through real-time examples and projects instead of only theory.

I enjoy simplifying complex topics and helping students build confidence in programming and problem solving. Whether you are a beginner starting with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript or someone looking to learn advanced Full Stack Development, I can guide you with a structured and easy-to-understand approach.

In addition to my IT career, I also built my own delivery application for my startup business, which gave me real-world experience in developing and managing applications independently. I am passionate about technology, continuous learning, and mentoring students to become skilled developers.

My teaching methods are highly practical and industry-oriented. I teach students the same way I learned programming through real-time understanding, problem solving, and hands-on practice. Learning programming is very different from regular school or college subjects, so I focus on making concepts simple, interactive, and easy to apply.

I believe students should never feel pressured or afraid while learning. I create a friendly learning environment where students can learn comfortably, ask questions freely, and build confidence step by step. I guide students like a mentor and teammate rather than just a teacher.

My classes focus not only on theory but also on practical implementation, real-world projects, logical thinking, and industry-level development practices. Whether you are a beginner or someone looking to improve your development skills, I will help you build a strong foundation in programming and web development.

The most important thing for learning programming is having the right guidance, motivation, and learning path. I will make sure students learn with clarity, confidence, and proper direction.

  • Tell us more about your subject. How did you develop an interest in this field?

I specialize in Angular, Node.js, and JavaScript. For me, technology is not just about writing code — it is more about understanding problems, analyzing requirements, and delivering meaningful solutions. Today, AI tools can generate code very quickly, but even AI needs someone who can clearly understand the problem and guide it in the right direction. That is why I believe the real skill is not just coding, but logical thinking, problem solving, and understanding requirements deeply.

I have always been interested in mathematics and logic, which naturally led me towards technology and programming. I see technology not as magic, but as a powerful tool that can make life easier when used in the right way. Building applications and solving real-world challenges through technology gives me excitement and satisfaction both professionally and personally.

Apart from working in the IT industry, I also enjoy helping others learn technology because teaching creates an even bigger impact. When students understand concepts clearly and start building things on their own, it gives me a sense of achievement.

A funny story behind my interest in technology is that I was fascinated by the Indian sci-fi movie “Robo” when I was younger. Watching advanced robots and futuristic technology made me curious about coding and software development. Later, I realized that movies are fiction and real-world programming is very different, but that curiosity stayed with me. Over time, I understood that while movies may exaggerate technology, innovation through coding can still achieve amazing things and improve people’s lives in meaningful ways.
  • What or who is the motivation behind you choosing to teach & why?

The biggest motivation behind choosing teaching is myself and the educational experiences I went through while growing up. I do not believe our entire education system or all teachers are bad, but personally, during my student life, I mostly learned that studying was about getting good grades, securing a job, and settling in life. Later, when I stepped outside into the real world and professional industry, I realized that life is much bigger than marks and exams.

The real world does not ask us to solve textbook equations every day. Instead, it gives us unpredictable problems, challenges, responsibilities, and situations that require logical thinking, communication, adaptability, and confidence. Unfortunately, many students are not fully prepared for that transition.

During my graduation, I was not a topper or an academically perfect student. In fact, I failed 19 subjects during engineering. At one point, that could have made me give up completely. But those failures taught me one of the most important lessons of my life — failing is not the end unless you stop trying. Over time, through self-learning, real-world experiences, hard work, and continuous improvement, I built my career in the IT industry as a Full Stack Developer.

That journey changed my perspective towards education and teaching. I want students to understand that marks alone do not define intelligence or future success. I want to teach not only coding and technology, but also problem solving, confidence, practical thinking, and the mindset needed to face real-world challenges.

If my experiences, struggles, and lessons can help even one student believe in themselves and build a better future, then teaching becomes much more meaningful to me than just a profession.
  • How does your work help society?

Honestly, every profession contributes to society in some way, even indirectly. Yes, paying taxes is also a contribution to society — just joking a little! But more seriously, I believe my work helps society mainly through teaching and sharing knowledge.

Technology is becoming an important part of almost every field today, and many students want to enter the tech industry but often lack the right guidance, confidence, or practical exposure. Through teaching, I help students understand technology in a simple and practical way so they can build skills, think logically, and become confident in solving problems.

I do not want students to learn only for marks or certificates. I want them to develop real-world skills, confidence, and the ability to adapt to challenges. When students grow with the right mindset and technical knowledge, they eventually become skilled professionals who contribute positively to society in their own ways.

I also try to share my personal experiences, struggles, failures, and learnings so students understand that success is not only about being academically perfect. Sometimes confidence, consistency, and problem-solving ability matter even more in life.

In a way, helping students grow into capable and confident individuals is my contribution toward building a stronger and more knowledgeable society.
  • If you had to think of a role model for your work, who do you think of & why?

I do not believe in having just one role model. For me, inspiration can come from anyone — from someone like Elon Musk who works on ideas that once seemed impossible, to a daily wage worker who sincerely works hard every single day to support their family.

What truly inspires me is not fame, success, or status, but passion, persistence, and the ability to keep moving forward despite difficulties. I respect people who continue to work hard, learn, build, create, and never give up even during the toughest situations in life.

I believe every person fighting their own battles with honesty and determination has something valuable to teach us. Some people inspire through innovation, some through discipline, and some simply through their resilience and attitude towards life.

That mindset also influences the way I work and teach. I encourage students not to be afraid of failures or challenges because growth usually comes from difficult experiences. What matters most is believing in yourself, staying consistent, and continuing to improve no matter where you start from.
  • Tell us about your hobbies outside teaching.

Honestly, I sometimes wonder whether I even have hobbies because most of my time goes into work, learning, building ideas, or exploring new things. But if passion and curiosity can be considered hobbies, then I definitely have many.

I genuinely enjoy learning new things and exploring different ideas, technologies, and perspectives. I am naturally curious, which is probably one of the reasons I entered the technology field in the first place. I believe learning should never stop, no matter what stage of life we are in.

One thing I am deeply fascinated by is space and the universe. I may not have expert-level knowledge about astronomy, but space always gives me both scientific curiosity and philosophical thoughts. When we look at the vast universe, it reminds us how small we are and how much more there is to discover. I have actually been thinking of buying a telescope for a long time because I would love to explore the night sky more closely someday.

Another passion close to my heart is creating cruelty-free and plant-based food alternatives. I run a small vegan food business where we produce products like Peanut Curd and Vegan Ice Cream. My goal is to contribute, even in a small way, towards reducing cruelty towards animals and promoting sustainable alternatives. It may sound idealistic at times, but it is something I truly care about.

Working on this business taught me many practical lessons beyond technology, including operations, creativity, customer understanding, and persistence. Sometimes I overthink whether these are hobbies, passions, or life goals — but I guess they are all connected in some way!
  • Do you have an anecdote to tell us about your student or professional life?

I have quite a few memorable experiences from both my student and professional life because my journey has been far from perfect or straightforward.

Honestly, I never really enjoyed studying in the traditional way because, for most of my student life, education felt more about running behind grades than truly learning or understanding things. During engineering, I even failed 19 subjects. At that time, it felt like failure, but later I realized those experiences shaped my mindset much more than grades ever did.

One funny memory from my college days was during our final year project submission. To be honest, our project itself was not some great innovation — we mostly bought the project and submitted it like many students do. But what I truly remember was spending the entire night with my friend at a printing shop, printing and binding the project documentation before submission. Strangely, while sitting there all night, we started discussing business ideas and even thought of starting a printing and xerox business ourselves! Looking back, I think that was one of the first moments that triggered my habit of thinking about practical solutions and opportunities around everyday problems.

After graduation, I joined as a US IT Recruiter. At that time, I was very shy and not confident in speaking English. I was inexperienced, nervous, and completely outside my comfort zone. But somehow, I survived, adapted, and kept learning. Over the years, I switched between multiple jobs and roles including recruiter, web designer, instructor, and software developer. Through all those experiences, I slowly realized something important — I may not know everything initially, but I can learn, adapt, and become good at almost any role if I put effort into it.

That realization gave me confidence and completely changed my perspective towards learning and life. It pushed me beyond my comfort zones and helped me grow both personally and professionally.

Another recent experience that excites me happened when I was on bench for a few months. During that time, I started building a small internal solution to optimize delivery routes for my own business. Initially, it was just a simple idea to solve a practical problem. But surprisingly, it slowly started evolving into a much bigger project, and now I am even considering launching it as a SaaS product in the future.

Experiences like these taught me that sometimes growth comes from unexpected situations, failures, random conversations, or small ideas. You never really know which moment might change your direction in life.
