About Jordan
I was once a very depressed person, believing that nothing would ever get better for me. I had reached what I believed was “the end”. The end of my road and my journey in the lifetime. I changed and saved my life through changing my thoughts and the way I go about things. I have gone for many mind power courses and I have now developed my own techniques on how to integrate positivity into my everyday life and thinking.

My method is to try and help people develop a way of helping themselves in a manner that suits every person individually, as everyone is different and has different ways of learning and taking in information. I would like to help show people the ways our brains have been wired to constantly see the negative due to the society we live in and through this knowledge help you rewire your brain to think positively in a way that doesn’t feel forced or unnatural.
