About Melanie
I have been training in spiritual arts such as yoga, martial arts and dance since the tender age of 4years old, now in my 30s I have gained a deeper understanding of movement, breath and it's relationship to building health.

My teaching method is utilizing music to deepen and relax the mind. My classes start with a meditation, followed by meditative movement, into gently challenging asanas gradually increasing in difficulty and i end with meditation &/or at times mantras recital.
