About Judith
I am a very experienced coach. After a full-time career in leadership roles I am now able to focus on what I enjoy most - supporting others to reach their goals and achieve their potential. I also bring life experience from outside work as a parent, grandparent and family carer - and all the life transitions that those involve. I have qualifications in business coaching and coaching neurodiverse individuals and am having further training in trauma-informed coaching. I have regular supervision; I am a member of the EMCC and follow their ethical code. I have an up to date DBS and am registered with the update service. I have regular training in adult and child safeguarding. I am registered with the Information Commissioner's Office.

I combine warmth, structure and evidence-based methods to create a coaching experience that is both supportive and transformative. I work through your challenges with you, rather than instructing you. Usually there will be "homework" that arises naturally from our conversation. Ultimately, I can help with tools and frameworks but the difficult work of change falls to you. Examples of issues I can help with are: - feeling stuck in your career and unsure what to do next - navigating redundancy or job insecurity - wanting a 'reset' after a life change such as divorce or bereavement - considering what 'retirement' might mean for you - understanding and working with your neurodiversity - exploring how trauma or past experiences influence your behaviour at work - managing difficult relationships at work or more widely Every person's "storm" looks different. My role is to walk beside you through it - offering tools, insight, support and challenge - until you find your footing again In the first, free session we will talk about what I can offer, how I work and explain confidentiality. I work in 30, 45 or 60 minute sessions, depending on the age and preferences of the individual. I am happy to work with people of all age groups who can manage online conversations

Judy has provided coaching for our partners for several years. She has provided support to all levels of professionals from trainees to senior leaders. We receive consistent positive feedback on her coaching style which is supportive and inclusive but does not shy away from appropriate challenge. Following coaching, individuals have gained confidence; progressed in their career; prioritised their wellbeing and have been able to reframe their situation positively to allow them to succeed. I have no hesitation in recommending Judy as a coach whatever your situation.
