About Lily
With over 15 years of experience, I am a passionate French tutor teaching high school and college students and have successfully taught around 150–200 learners. My teaching philosophy is based on patience, clarity, and motivation. I believe learning French should feel achievable and enjoyable.
I explain concepts in simple English and focus on grammar, vocabulary, and communication skills. I design lessons based on each student’s academic needs and progress. I support students with exams, assignments, and language development while providing regular feedback.
One of my notable achievements is helping students improve their confidence and academic performance in French. Many students who once found the subject difficult now learn with confidence. My goal is to help every student succeed through supportive teaching.

My approach to teaching French focuses on clear understanding and real-world application. I use simple examples and case studies such as ordering food, writing emails, attending interviews, and everyday conversations to help students apply French naturally.
I keep my teaching flexible and adjust methods to match individual learning styles and goals. Collaboration is encouraged through interactive speaking activities, role-plays, and guided practice sessions. I teach with compassion and patience, ensuring students feel motivated and supported throughout their learning journey.
Along with French instruction, I also teach grammar basics, vocabulary expansion, pronunciation improvement, reading comprehension, writing skills, conversational French, cultural awareness, and exam preparation.
