Yoga breathing techniques are a safe and quick way to relieve stress, improve digestion, balance energy, and improve sleep. Unlike meditation, which can be frustrating and difficult to learn, breathing exercises are very accessible, and you will notice results from the first session.
No prior experience is necessary. I work with a very simple and effective scientific approach for everyone.
