Aarthi is an excellent teacher, and also a genuinely lovely person. Her directions are clear and precise so it is easy to follow even for beginners who are totally new to yoga. She is very observant, constantly checking my body position and alignment. The classes are very focused and planned according our levels , adding new techniques as we progress. She is also a great listener who understands my concerns and addresses them as and when required. I enjoy every session, always felt energized and at the same time relaxed after every session. Aarthi helped me lot and guided me through this lifestyle change I've been looking for. Her practise sessions are also great for continuing yoga as a physical and mental fitness routine.
