About Nupur
I am a yoga trainer who believes that yoga is not just exercise — it is care, awareness, and healing. My journey into yoga began with a deep desire to understand the female body, mind, and hormonal cycles, and how gentle, mindful movement can truly support women through different phases of life. Over time, I have seen how women silently struggle with weight changes, hormonal imbalances, PCOD/PCOS, thyroid concerns, stress, and pregnancy-related challenges. Many feel unheard, exhausted, or disconnected from their own bodies. This is why I chose to share my knowledge — to create a safe, supportive space where women can move without fear, pressure, or judgment. I share yoga because I want women to feel strong yet gentle, balanced yet peaceful, and connected to their bodies again. If my classes help you feel even a little lighter — physically or emotionally — then I know I am doing meaningful work.

I understand that a woman’s body carries more than just physical weight — it carries stress, hormonal changes, responsibilities, emotions, and constant expectations. That’s why my yoga method is not about pushing the body, but about listening to it. My classes are different because: • I teach with compassion, not pressure • Each session is gentle, safe, and thoughtfully paced • I focus on women’s fitness, weight balance, and hormonal wellness • Special care is given for PCOD/PCOS, thyroid concerns, prenatal and postnatal needs • Movements are supported by breath, awareness, and deep relaxation Your body has supported you for years — now it’s time to support your body.
