About Tammy Marie
Hi There!
Welcome to a doorway into my world, I am an international traveler, explorer, teacher and guide in meditation, yoga, breathing practices and a simple yet effective modality reiki.
I embraced these practices and modalities after a corporate career, years of endurance training in sports to find healing and harmony in my own life, on the journey I slowly changed my lifestyle, diet and returned to the west forever changed.

Teaching Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Tao and Hawaiian Breathing practices
Classes are led and guided through a hatha or yin yoga class with a brief introduction to the asanas and breathing practices.
I have a Hatha Yoga Teacher Certification, Ashtanga Yoga certification and 1000's of hours practicing and teaching internationally to a variety of students and levels of practice.
I am trauma aware and have further training in Theta Healing, EFT, Reiki and The Way of The Shaman.
