About Juan
I'm 27 years old, and I have two passions that have shaped who I am today: aviation and economics/investing.
Professionally, I have built my career in the aviation industry, specializing in landing gear. Over the years, I've grown from working hands-on in the industry to becoming a **Landing Gear Manager and leader of a great team**. Aviation has taught me discipline, attention to detail, problem-solving, leadership, and the importance of having a clear process to achieve results.
My second passion is "economics, personal finance, and investing".
I've been fascinated by the stock market and the world of investing since I was young. Over more than a decade, I've continuously studied and learned about stocks, ETFs, dividends, portfolio construction, options, risk management, and long-term wealth building.
What started as curiosity eventually became a major part of my life. Today, I'm a homeowner, a family man, and an investor with a portfolio of over $100,000K invested.
But what I'm most interested in is not simply showing people what I invest in. I want to help people understand how money works and how to build their own financial system.
That's why I've developed a step-by-step approach that goes beyond investing alone:
Income → Saving → Debt Management → Investing → Real Estate → Wealth Building → Results
My goal as a tutor is to take complicated financial concepts and make them understandable, practical, and applicable to real life.
