About Freddi
こんにちは！Freddiです。 Halo! I am Freddi from Hong Kong. Chinese is my mother tongue but I enjoyed learning new things so much that I made myself learn Japanese. I love Japanese anime, music, lyrics, architecture, and traditional arts. Being able to understand Japanese allows me to appreciate the cleverness of the artwork by Japanese artists. I just finished my Japanese-Language Proficiency Test in 2021 and passed the N2 level! I can communicate with native speakers and watch anime without sub-titles (children-centred ones, like DORAEMON). Come try my tutorial and start your journey to explore the beauty of Japanese as a language! P.S. my favourite Japanese vocabulary is 木漏れ日 (ko-mo-re-bi) It means 'sunbeam filtered through gaps between leaves from a tree', there is no direct translation in English or Chinese, how poetic this language is!

Perfect! Freddi さん is an amazing tutor. I started learning Japanese from scratch 2 months ago and have already made significant progress thanks to Freddi’s tailored and well thought out lesson structures. I already feel extremely confident in putting basic sentences together and have mastered the Kana thanks to her. Looking forward to seeing how much more progress I’ll make under her! ありがとうございます Freddi さん！
- Joe is a very polite, punctual and active student. The classes went smoothly because Joe engaged a lot and asked questions when needed. The communication went well. A lot of knowledge exchange happened. It was very efficient.Freddi's response :

Interesting learning materials! My kids love singing and dancing the children song by Freddi and they learnt a lot of Cantonese vocab in the process.
Freddi is the most passionate and creative educator I ever met. She utilised a range of expressive arts and interactive activities in her teaching. With her deep knowledge in Cantonese phonology and therapeutic presence, students will enjoy the lessons and learn Cantonese efficiently and joyfully.
