Method and Techniques: My teaching combines traditional Kundalini Yoga methods with a modern approach, using asanas, breathing, mantras, and meditation to activate kundalini energy, balance the body and mind, and develop awareness. Typical Class Plan: Mantra Setting – Begin with a mantra to focus the mind. Warm-up – Light breathwork and dynamic asanas to prepare the body. Main Kriya – Perform more complex asanas with breath and mantras. Shavasana – Deep relaxation to restore energy. Meditation – Focus and connect with your inner state. Closing – End with a mantra or song to consolidate energy. What Sets Me Apart: With 12 years of teaching experience and KRI certification, I create a safe, mindful space for students of all levels, adapting my classes to individual needs and ensuring a harmonious experience. For Whom: Classes are for all levels, from beginners to advanced practitioners, focusing on inner balance, emotional stability, and improved physical health.
