About Urvi
I have a natural flair for teaching. After a few classes, it’s more like a family than a class and becomes more like a personal interaction along with learning. Teaching gives me a sense of satisfaction, achievement and also a feeling of making a difference to someone’s life. As English is the most common language used for communication, having a strong foundation in it is very important. Those areas are vocabulary, pronunciation, reading, grammar and speaking. I have been teaching these for the past 3 years and achieved good progress in my kids.

I cover alphabet pronunciation, word building, spellings, grammar and reading to kids from pre-k to grade 6 and also to anyone who wants to learn English. My teaching is more personalized as I create my own curriculum from different resources as per each one’s need and level. I try different methods to make it more understandable. I believe in being proficient in whatever we learn instead of being a “Jack of all trades but master of none.” I also teach school Math, French and give basic homework help to elementary school kids.
