About Nicholas
In 2019, I received a Bachelor's in journalism. Over the course of time, between 2016-2019, I wrote numerous journalistic articles. Some even found their way into publications, others sadly, did not. However, I gained a wealth of knowledge nontheless, both about myself and the world around me.
In addition to my post-grade school career. both in middle and high schools, I was lucky enough to win multiple awards for english writing and literature. Most notably, in 2011 and 2012 as a junior and senior.
I hope to build a great rapport with each and every student I work with and look forward to assisting in them reaching their long-awaited goals.

About the lesson

First, each session will begin with a period where the student can ask questions about their work, comment or address academic concerns he/she may have. The concern, depending on how large, may sometimes be the bulk of that day's lesson.
Then, typically, we'll transition into previously selected topics for english or, we'll go right into either a selected essay prompt by me. The student will write a condensed response and we will then go over it, clarifying any questions and cleaning things up that appear to be giving the student trouble, whether it be a prolonged difficulty or one that's short-lived that they're having.
As we wind down the session, I'll once again open the floor for questions. This is also a time where the student has the option to request that we spend a little more time on one or a few difficulties vs. another to lead-off the subsequent meeting.
This is an estimate and will change from time to time, depending on how much time is remaining in the session for that given day.
