About Kennedy

I’m Kennedy Allen, an experienced early education teacher with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and over five years of teaching experience. I specialize in creative writing, poetry, reading comprehension, and other English subjects, tailoring lessons to each student’s strengths and goals. Beyond the classroom, I’m also a published dating column writer, giving me a unique perspective on engaging, relatable writing. My approach combines structure, creativity, and support to help students gain confidence, find their voice, and succeed in English.

About the lesson

I make learning English engaging, creative, and relevant. Through poetry, creative writing, and reading, I help students find their voice—whether crafting stories as impactful as a hit song or analyzing texts with the precision of a well-produced album. My lessons are tailored to spark curiosity, build critical thinking, and make English feel alive, fun, and connected to the world students love.
