I’m a fitness coach passionate about helping people feel stronger, healthier, and more confident in their bodies. My approach combines functional training, intelligent movement, and body awareness so clients not only work out but truly understand how their body moves and improves. I create a supportive environment where people of all fitness levels can progress safely, build strength, and develop long-term healthy habits.
