About Donay
My name is Donay Koopman 26 years of age. I'm from South Africa. I remember myself being in primary school how bad I use to be in Afrikaans. People laughed when i started speaking Afrikaans. Bare in my it was my First Additional language. I associated myself with afrikaans speaking kids thereafter, i adapted and became fluent. Later in my primary school years i was chosen to do an afrikaans spelling Bee whereby i competed against learners of different other schools, i ended up First place. Years went by and i started speaking Afrikaans as if it was my mother tongue. When I matriculated i passed Afrikaans with 74%. Therefore, i'll make Afrikaans FUN!
