About Aubrey
I am a hospitality graduate based in Toronto who have passion in dance since I was kindergarten and going on to my college years performing through school activities / dance school club. Been continuously training with dance professionals in hiphop and jazz funk dance styles.
I am offering a kpop dance cover class - which means I will break down (step by step) choreographies from your favorite kpop group/ favorite kpop song based on beginner level students. Not only that, I can also create a new and creative choreography out of the songs. I believe that having fun, focusing but not stressing about it and practicing more often (after class) is the key to continuous improvement.

MY AVAILABILITY - EVERY OTHER SATURDAY, AND EVERY OTHER FRIDAY.
Hi there! Classes are based on your pace, if we needed 2 classes for a combination, I am willing to work with you. I give my best energy in my classes, and I expect you to bring yours too. :)
Outline is how I start classes: (generally)
×10-15 minutes warm up (stretch, cardio)
× 5 mins basic/foundational steps
× choreography time (count/music)
I SLOW down the speed of the music if it's too fast. We work with dance musicality.
× dance throughout
* You can choose between 1 hr to 1.5 hr every class.
Please note!!
Cancellation/reschedule of classes (In person): If you wish to cancel/reschedule on the day of our class, there's 2-hours window policy for you not to get charge for the whole class price.

Perfect! Aubrey was a great teacher. I highly recommend her.
Perfect! She is so sweet and kind, and doesn't judge at all! She takes time to explain the choreography when I am not understanding it and is very encouraging. She is really good at explaining and teaching and also very fun :) I've always wanted to learn dancing, and I'm very glad to be learning from her.

Perfect! I have loved meeting with Aubrey every week! She is patient, kind, energetic, and makes me feel confident that I can and will make progress as a beginner. I would recommend Aubrey for anyone looking to learn some new dance moves. We chose a song from my favourite Kpop group 2PM and every week we fangirl over our mutual love for Kpop and Kdramas. Aubrey is an excellent teacher who will adapt the lesson you your abilities and has endless patience making sure that her student understands the moves and is comfortable before adding on more. I am loving her classes!

There are several qualities to look for when choosing the right dance instructor for you and definitely I recommend my friend right here. She don't only possessed the passion and dedication in dancing, but also have the training and experience for years! With that background, she will be able to teach and help you develop your skills, to assess your resources and what path will work best for you.
Aubrey is a great dancer and teacher. I've struggled with a certain dance before because I'm a slow learner and I tend to forget the steps easily but she taught me with all her patience and willingness. She makes sure to emphasize all steps in detail from head to foot. I guarantee you she can teach you to dance perfectly.
I recommend Aubrey to become your dance teacher because she has high tolerance on hard-headed and passionate individuals who wishes to pursue their dreams. She will be strict but she has a good heart.
