About Philip
I am a 24-year-old native English speaker who has had a passion for languages all my life. I understand the struggle, doubt and confusion that come along with learning a foreign language, and it is that understanding that allows me to be a patient and respectful teacher. I speak Spanish and German, so can also use either of those languages to bring better guidance to the lessons.

My lessons are planned using your strengths to pull up any weak areas. Depending on the level and requirements, my lessons consist of varying oral, aural and written English. I offer 50-minute lessons for all ages and levels. I give students tailored exercises, based on what needs most improvement, to do at home throughout the week and I will correct it with them during each lesson. I work with the student to teach the many facets of the English language in an order that is coherent to them personally.

Perfect! Great class
Perfect! Philip est un excellent professeur. Il est fiable, patient et bienveillant. Il identifie très bien vos faiblesses et prépare en amont la leçon afin qu'elle soit la plus efficace possible. Attendez-vous également à avoir des devoirs ;)

Maya has a huge range of vocabulary and a good understanding of the tenses. She could use some work on her confidence when speaking as she is well capable - the words are in there somewhere. Read a book in English.

Philip has been a huge help before I moved to Spain!
