About Mohamed

Hello! My name is Mohamed and I’m a native Arabic and Berber speaker. I was born and grew up in Morocco, a warm and hospitable country in North Africa. Berber is my mother tongue, but I also speak Arabic and Moroccan Arabic fluently. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in graphic design. My lessons of Standard Arabic, Moroccan Arabic (Darija) and Berber (Tashlhit) are simple and interactive, all this in a relaxed atmosphere.

About the lesson

Hello! I teach standard Arabic, Moroccan Arabic (Darija) and Berber (Tachelhit) for beginners and also for those who want to perfect their grammar and phonetics. I can help you enter the language in various topics like business, travel, tourism, technology, science and others. My teaching method is to speak and practice what students learn in each lesson and use different materials like PDFs, Word files, videos, audio files, etc. See you soon!

Perfect!

After 4 months of looking for an Arabic teacher for my two daughters aged 12 and 13, I finally found Mohamed! Enthusiastic, friendly, and a good teacher, he understood what I wanted, including the fact that he only spoke Arabic during the course. My daughters each do 4 hours of Arabic every week and always leave the course delighted. I recommend Mohamed for the quality of his teaching, his good humor at work, his understanding of the student's needs, and also the digital quality of the course. His internet is good quality, the connection is very good, he is very well equipped (computer, tablet), which allows him to write when my daughters don't understand.

Perfect! Mohamed is brilliantly patient with me as a complete novice in Tamazight.
He spent ages with me making sure the particular dials t was right for me (Tashlehit)
The lesson was fun and well planned with supporting material.
I learnt more than I expected and felt comfortable to make mistakes without judgement.
Mohamed is also open to feedback and adapting to your learning style which as a teacher I can say is key to success.
I look forward to further lessons with Mohamed and to learning more of this beautiful language.
