About Shweta
Hi! I'm Shweta. I have multiple food allergies, gluten, dairy and many more and I am completely, unapologetically obsessed with cooking.
Living with allergies could have made me afraid of food. Instead it made me a better cook. I've spent 25 years mastering authentic techniques across various cuisines, learning directly from locals, and figuring out how to make food that is traditional, precise, and deeply delicious, without the ingredients that restrict me.
Now I want to share everything I've learned.

Hi! I'm Shweta, and I bring 25 years of cooking experience across North and South India combined with expertise in international cuisine. I've learned traditional techniques directly from locals, and I specialise in artisanal methods—from traditional achars and pickles to unique ice creams. I teach practical, flavourful cooking that goes beyond recipes.
