About Hosoda
[Career History] - Technical support and customer support management in general - Management of various KPIs and data - Improvement of response quality - Instructor for new employee training - Training and development design - Training instructor development - Recruitment, personnel, and labor management - Handling labor disputes As a technical support field manager, I was engaged in various tasks, including on-site operations, improvement of various KPIs, and management tasks mainly focused on improving customer satisfaction. I was mainly engaged in training-related tasks such as training new employees and training new instructors. Each instructor trained 20 to 30 people, and the average retention rate for all new employees remained at 70%, while my own personal record showed an average retention rate of over 95%. I also participated as an initial member in the launch of new branches, and was mainly in charge of recruitment, personnel, and labor-related tasks. In parallel with handling on-site attendance, negotiations with staffing agencies including personnel adjustments, retention of resignations, and interviews regarding labor disputes, I also concurrently handled the education and development of field managers and technical support field management tasks, as well as client negotiations. [Achievements] 1.) Technical Support Field Managers/Employees: Approximately 200 people - Service Quality: During approximately 3 years in charge, customer satisfaction remained above 85% - New Employee Training: During approximately 3 years in charge, conducted training for approximately 1000 new employees, and both individual performance and trainer performance resulted in a retention rate of over 95% for new employees. *At the time of launch of the new service, the average retention rate for other groups was 75% - New Instructor Training: Trained 5 certified trainers 2.) Recruitment, Human Resources, Labor Relations - Employees: Primarily responsible for a branch with approximately 350 employees - Handled labor trouble consultations for approximately 20 people, with 0 unresolved cases - Conducted interviews with approximately 5 people per day regarding operations, performance improvement, attendance improvement, etc. - Turnover Rate: Improved the average turnover rate from 30% to less than 10% in 1.5 years - Reduced the number of new hires to compensate for departing employees, successfully reducing costs by 30 million yen annually - Through negotiations with clients, Secure 10,000 hours of additional order processing time.
