About Ani
Hi, I am Ani, A Pastry Chef and a Professional Cook with a License in Pastry Arts and entrepreneurship. I am currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Radiography and Radiological Science. I owned a pastry brand called “Savorybites”specializing in freshly baked treats, desserts, different meals and also where I teach students hands-on skills in pastry making and traditional cooking. Over the years, I’ve successfully trained many students who have gained real confidence and practical expertise through my classes. My love for cooking began in childhood, creating delicious meals that brought joy to my family,their happy faces always inspired me. Today, through Savorybites,I bake a variety of mouthwatering pastries and make delicious delicacies and I'm excited to share my skills with you, helping you cook and bake with joy and confidence.

I'm a cooking and baking tutor who believes that learning in the kitchen should be enjoyable, practical, and easy to understand.
My lessons are personalized to your goals, skill level, and learning pace, so you can build your skills without feeling overwhelmed.

Learn to make cakes, doughnuts, puff-puff, meat pies, fish rolls, samosas, spring rolls, cinnamon rolls, and other sweet and savory treats from scratch.
(3) Intercontinental Dishes:
Explore popular meals such as spaghetti Bolognese, Alfredo pasta, pizza, tacos, burritos, and shawarma, along with other delicious dishes.
(4) Drinks and Smoothies:
Discover how to prepare refreshing fruit juices, smoothies, and other delicious drinks.
(5) Essential Cooking Skills:
Learn how to measure ingredients correctly, prepare ingredients efficiently, follow recipes, use the right cooking techniques, and understand how seasonings work together.
More Than Just Cooking I will also teach you about kitchen safety, food hygiene, proper storage, and food presentation. If you dream of starting a food business, these skills can help you build a strong foundation.
~How Do My Lessons Work?
I don't believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to teaching. First, we will discuss what you want to learn and your current skill level. Then, I will create a lesson plan tailored to your needs. Depending on your preference, we can do a cook along step by step or I will guide you as you prepare the dish yourself. I will explain each process clearly, answer your questions, and help you understand not just what to do, but why you're doing it.

My goal is to help you become more confident and independent in the kitchen. Whether you want to prepare better meals for yourself and your family, learn new recipes, impress your guests, improve your baking, or explore the possibility of starting a food business, we will work towards your goals together. You don't need to be an expert to get started. All you need is a willingness to learn!
