About Sahil
Hello! I am a passionate snooker and pool player based in Mumbai with years of table experience and formal skill training. Cue sports have been a core part of my life, and over time, I’ve developed a deep appreciation for the fine technical details, discipline, and strategic thinking the game demands.
I started coaching because I often see players plateau or struggle simply because they never learned the correct mechanics—like proper stance alignment, bridge stability, or smooth cue delivery. Knocking balls around can only take you so far; understanding why a shot works is what builds true consistency and confidence on the table.
My goal as a coach is to share this passion and help you avoid bad habits early on. Whether you want to play recreationally with friends or build the foundational skills needed for competitive frames, I am here to guide you step-by-step in a patient, structured, and encouraging environment.

My coaching approach focuses on building strong fundamentals and smart game strategy rather than just "knocking balls around." Every lesson is tailored to your skill level—whether you are picking up a cue for the first time or looking to build higher breaks and refine your tactical play.
What we cover in training:
Stance & Cue Delivery: Perfecting your alignment, grip, bridge hand, and smooth stroke mechanics.
Aiming & Cue Ball Control: Understanding potting angles, spin (topspin, backspin, sidespin), and positional play.
Break Building & Tactics: Planning shots ahead, safety play, and in-game decision making.
How sessions work:
In-Person (Mumbai): Hands-on table sessions focusing on stance corrections, real-time feedback, and practical table drills.
Online: Video-based technique analysis (cue delivery and stance evaluation) alongside structured practice routines and game strategy breakdowns.
