About Nicholas
I’m a working director in Austin with a background in theater, which shaped my performance-first approach to filmmaking. I’ve directed commercials and recently completed my first feature film. My favorite part of this work is taking an idea from the page to a finished project, and that’s exactly what I teach.

I’m a professional film director based in Austin, and I teach students how films actually get made. Lessons cover three things: developing your idea into a script, analyzing scripts and stories so you understand why they work, and hands-on production, where we plan, shoot, and finish your film together.
