I teach traditional Hata Yoga, Vinyasa, Pranayama and Yoga Nidra. The class will mainly focus on breath awareness, breath work, Asana boosting both physical and mental well-being.
The class is taught thoughtfully and planned carefully with the goal of having students feel refreshed and rejuvenated. The class will cater to the individual need of the student by creating an environment, where student feel supported and encouraged
