About Tracy
My profession is Advertising and Marketing. My passion is Behavioural Therapy and Trauma counselling. I have studied Counselling Psychology for 20 years as a hobby. I practice Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, and I promise you, it is a lifelong practice. I learn as much from you as you do from me.

I approach my classes on the individual. On your own life circumstances. I believe that every person and every situation is unique. I don't follow a 12 step programme, nor do I follow a religious programme. I follow a personal programme. After meeting with you, I will send you a document outlining where I feel we can work together, and we will agree on what works for you. I work 24 / 7, and I am available at any time you wish to talk. More importantly, I am not perfect. I am as broken as you but I will work as hard with you as I do with myself. I don't fit the norm of society and I am very afraid of the pressure society places on us to be normal.
