I am a mobile personal trainer, so I will come to your home and we'll have the sessions in your kitchen, living room, garden or wherever you have space. I will bring the required equipment with me. I will create an appropriate exercise program for you based on your goals and preferences such as weight loss or strength and mobility focused. I also work with clients who suffer from lower back and joint problems, helping them restore mobility and reduce the pain. I can also provide you with a nutritional plan, tips and guidelines to help you reach your goal faster.
